Biloria Preorder Policy

At Biloria, select styles are offered as preorder items to bring you our latest designs with uncompromising quality. Please review the policy below before placing a preorder.


Shipping of Preorder Items

Preorder items are produced exclusively after your order is placed. As a result, shipping typically occurs approximately 3 weeks after purchase.

All preorder orders are shipped in the order they are received. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support as we craft each piece to meet Biloria’s quality standards.


Order Cancellation & Returns

Order Cancellation: Preorder items enter the production process immediately after purchase. Cancellation requests must therefore be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Return & Exchange: If your preorder item arrives with a quality issue or does not meet expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Returned or exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Biloria preorder collections feature our newest designs and trend-forward styles. These pieces are not held in inventory and are produced only after an order is confirmed, ensuring exclusivity and thoughtful craftsmanship.

High-Quality Production Timeline

To maintain our high standards, each preorder item undergoes careful production and quality inspection. This process typically requires around three weeks.

While we always strive to complete production as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you allow for this extended timeframe.

Customer Patience & Consideration

Preorder purchases involve a longer waiting period compared to in-stock items. If delivery time is a concern, we recommend selecting items that are currently available for immediate shipment.

Identifying Preorder Items

All preorder items on the Biloria website are clearly labeled “Preorder”. Items without this label are in stock and shipped according to our standard delivery timeline.
