Order and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Revolut Pay : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Revolut. All transactions are secured by SSL protocol.
How can I track my order?
An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. You can track your package at any time using this number.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us quickly at contact@biloria.fr.
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times for mainland France are 7 to 12 business days (1 to 3 days preparation + 6 to 9 days shipping).
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for all orders to mainland France, with no minimum purchase.
Do you deliver outside France?
Currently, we deliver exclusively to mainland France.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item, in accordance with your legal right of withdrawal. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors, in which case they are covered by BON PROFIT.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the order.

Are your jewelry pieces guaranteed?
Yes, all our products benefit from the 2-year legal conformity guarantee (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the hidden defects warranty (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
Are your stones genuine?
Yes, all our jewelry is made with authentic natural stones (amethyst, rose quartz, carnelian, obsidian, tiger's eye, etc.). Each stone is unique, so slight variations in color, veining, or pattern may exist compared to the photos: this is nature's signature and proof of their authenticity.
How do I care for my natural stone jewelry?
We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetic products. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth, and store them away from direct sunlight to preserve the stones' brilliance. For lithotherapy, you can purify and recharge your stones according to the recommendations in our Natural Stones Guide.
How do I choose my ring or bracelet size?
Each product page specifies the available sizes. Many models are adjustable and fit most finger or wrist sizes. If in doubt, feel free to contact us; we will help you choose the ideal size.
