Delivery area
biloria.fr ships to the following 18 countries: Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Spain, United States, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.
Other destinations are not currently served.
Shipping fees
A flat shipping fee of 4,95 € Apply to all orders, regardless of the destination country.
Free shipping for all orders over €59, with no additional conditions.
Note: For countries outside the eurozone, the amounts of €4.95 and €59 are converted into the local currency of the delivery country (USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, NZD, CHF, NOK, SEK, PLN, TRY) at the current exchange rate. Minor differences may occur due to rounding. The exact shipping cost is always displayed in your currency at checkout before payment confirmation.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, local public holidays, and possible customs inspections.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed before 11:59 PM (Paris time) on a business day is processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Taxes, customs duties, and import fees
All our prices are displayed including all taxes (TTC). The total amount paid at checkout is the final amount: it includes the product price, applicable taxes, and, if applicable, shipping fees.
This applies to all 18 countries we serve, both within and outside the European Union. We ship under “Delivered Duty Paid” (DDP) terms: no customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees will be charged upon receipt of your package. All customs formalities are handled by us.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via our postal services and international partner carriers, selected for their reliability. The carrier is automatically determined based on the product type and delivery address.
Order Tracking
An email containing your tracking number is sent within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to track your package in real time until delivery.
Delayed or Lost Package
In case of significant delay or non-receipt of the package, contact our customer service. We will open an investigation with the carrier. According to the Consumer Code, if delivery does not occur within 30 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days following the cancellation.
Damaged or Incomplete Package
Upon receipt, check the condition of your package. In case of visible damage, make written reservations with the carrier and contact our customer service within 48 hours with supporting photos.
