Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

How to make a return?

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at contact@biloria.fr or call +33 7 80 97 12 86 to get return instructions.
2. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with its tags and original packaging, accompanied by all accessories.
3. Send the package to: 3 IMPASSE LAS CLAVES, 66200 LATOUR-BAS-ELNE, France.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged products or delivery errors attributable to BON PROFIT.

Restocking fees

No restocking fees will be applied for returns due to withdrawal.

Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned item, we will send you an email confirming acceptance or refusal of the return.

If accepted, the refund will be made within 14 days, via the original payment method.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
