How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?

The estimated delivery time has expired. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Track My Order

What payment method do you accept?

We do not charge shipping costs. Shipping is therefore always FREE.

How long will it take to get my order?

United States Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.

How do I return my order?

We offer free 30-day returns. To start a return, email contact@biloria.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
